As a team, we are blown away with the accolade, amongst such incredible talent in the region. The news comes at a tough time, as we wonder what the future of hospitality will be like in our region, and what our role will be within it. However, this downtime is allowing us a moment to reflect and push reset on the farm with plans to rework gardens, build an even more sustainable system and work out a way we can make the good times even better… so watch with this space.
