handpicked - 300 vines - wild barrel ferment - honeydew melon - sea spray - mineral
A variety with a case of mistaken identity, Savagnin Blanc was originally imported into Australia under the belief it was Albarino. We love this happy accident as this wine always surprises us with incredible minerality and texture, the ultimate seafood wine.
T A S T E - freshly harvested beehive, honeydew melon, sea spray, a fresh minerality with creamy undertones.
E N J O Y - fresh augusta abalone.
