|  S T O R Y  |  inspired by meandering travels throughout Italy, ben and sash fell in love with the generosity of vermentino on the island of sardinia. beautiful big bunches with delicate aromatics, fresh acidity, and a bit of funk, this variety truly expresses where it has been grown. we have planted 300 vines in a uniquely warm microclimate in the lower valley where berries are caressed by the sunshine and produce a wine that dances over the palate.

|  S T Y L E  |  hand picked bunches are crushed and de stemmed for 24 hr cold soak pre fermentation. free run juice, full solids, pressed to 1000L concrete vessel for wild yeast fermentation. matured in concrete and french oak for 4 months before bottling unfined with minimal filtration.

|  W I N E  |  a fresh and crisp easy drinking white with an inviting backbone of green pear, preserved lemon, orange sherbet, slate, sea spray, star jasmine and stone-fruit.
