| S T O R Y | the italians get so many things right, we could all do with taking a leaf out of their book. our fiano personifies il dolce far niente, otherwise known as the sweetness of doing nothing. unfined with minimal filtration, this is a pure expression fruit and a celebration of the good things in life. ripe peaches, minerality and oodles of texture give this curves in all the right places, and just like any italian it really comes to life with food on the table.
| S T Y L E | hand-picked bunches were whole bunch pressed, with juice racked with high solids to french oak for wild fermentation. matured in second-fill french oak for 7 months. unfined with minimal filtration.
| W I N E | this year was a truly ideal warm vintage for this mediterranean variety. the wine embodies the joy of biting into a ripe peach, so juicy you need to stand over the sink. poached pears, ripe nectarine, gold apple, cinnamon, hazelnut, and more!
| E N J O Y | this is our head chef jess widmers' wine of choice. as it lends itself to a heady array of food pairings. it compliments delicate white meats and fresh summer salads, but it's also got plenty of weight and acidity to hold up to a cheese board.
