|  S T Y L E  |  handpicked by our team 3 feb of five clones of pinot noir + 22 feb 2024 of shiraz and grenache. grapes were chilled over night then pressed straight to stainless steel. cool ferment over 8 days. rested in inert stainless steel for 6 months.
